Login Instructions

Crime Information Bureau**

User ID: Enter the user ID assigned by the Crime Information Bureau - maximum of 12 characters. This is the same user ID used for CIB's TRAIN system and Portal XL.

Password: Enter your password. This is the same password used for TRAIN and Portal XL.

I am logging in from a dispatch workstation within a criminal justice agency or police vehicle: Check this box if this is true and you desire an extended session timeout.

MFA Enrollment: All users must enroll in Multi-Factor Authentication. You will be prompted to enroll when you enter a valid user ID and password the first time.

Security Acknowledgement: All users must acknowledge they have read the security warning by checking the security warning acknowledgement checkbox before being allowed to login.
