User Name: Enter the username assigned by the Crime Information Bureau - maximum of 12 characters. This is the same username used for CIB's TRAIN system and Portal 100 software.

Password: Enter your temporarily assigned password or the password you have created. This is the same password used for the Portal 100 software.

Register this device: Check this box if this workstation is within a secure location and you wish to register it as a commonly used workstation for your user account. Do not check this box if this workstation is in a public location.

Enrollment: All users must enroll in advanced authentication by selecting and answering seven challenge questions. You will be prompted to enroll when you enter a valid user ID and password the first time.
